The Topography of Terror is a museum that looks at the institutions of the Nazi party and Gestapo during World War II, and the terror of the subsequent regime. It’s also a window into the history of the Berlin Wall, and is centered near the former site of SS and Gestapo headquarters. Go to the museum if you want know understand the history and what was behind the wall and the impact it had on the city.
